Am I able to return / exchange my order?
- You can return / exchange your item(s) within 15 Days of receiving them.
- All returns / exchanges must be in their original condition.
- All returns / exchanges must be complete with their existing tags and packaging, if applicable.
- All product(s) must be unwashed and unworn.
- Note that all "Mystery" items are non-returnable.
How do I return my order?
- Enter your order number and shipping zip code. Then, select Get Started.
- Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you want to return or exchange.
- When you’ve completed the return / exchange process, you’ll receive an email. This confirms your return has been approved and outlines how to post it.
- Note: Any returns or exchanges sent to us without a formal request will NOT be accepted.
When will my return be processed?
- Once we have received your return or exchange, it will be inspected. Once inspected you’ll receive an email notifying you if the return or exchange has been approved or rejected.
- If your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 days.
- If your exchange is approved, you’ll receive an email within 5-7 days confirming your exchanged item(s) and new tracking number.
Do I have to pay for my return?
- You will be charged any additional cost for making a return.
- We are unable to refund your original shipping costs.
